Great location and easy to get around. Beautiful and spacious!

I was disappointed about multiple things during our stay. On arrival, we discovered that the master bathroom toilet would not flush. We asked for support, and they responded the following morning saying they put a work order in and would try to get to it. They told us it was already working, but when we returned from skiing it still wouldn't flush. The back and forth of us asking for help and not getting it lasted three days until we finally asked "did you make sure you're checking the right toilet." It was fixed after their next visit with nothing but a note saying "thanks for your patience". Additionally, there are not enough kitchen supplies to cook for 8 people (one medium sized pan and other miscellaneous items), making eating in difficult. There were also no paper towels, and we had to request toilet paper because they only gave us 2 rolls for an 8 person condo. It's unfortunate because the place is beautiful and the hot tub was great. The attention to detail needs work.

Great accommodations. Clean and well appointed. Very close to town and resort. Only complaint, and I hate to say anything at all, but the end of our trip was slightly ruined due to lack of response from host. They were very clear you could not ask for a late check until 24 hrs prior to check out. I followed those instructions and was told I needed to ask again at 8am the next day, which we did. It took the host over an hour and a half to respond. With a 10am check out that basically killed our options to make plans. Again seemingly minor but with early check outs that loss of time affected our ability to plan for the day. We did mention to the host and they admitted to needing to work on response time. We were willing to pay for more time. That was never given as an option. And we fully get that they have another renter coming in. I guess we were just looking for more timely and clear communication.
